## Contactless FM

An approach to facility operations that verifies service delivery automatically using occupancy data, hands-free presence detection and AI inspections, without QR scans, manual check-ins or paper logs.

## Proof of Presence

Hands-free verification that a worker was physically present in a service zone, and for how long, captured automatically as they work. Proof of Presence verifies presence and duration; it does not by itself measure the quality of the work.

## Value-Based Cleaning

Aligning cleaning labor with actual building usage, verifying service was performed, and measuring the quality of the result. It is a service and pricing model, not a certification.

## Occupancy-Driven Cleaning

Using measured building demand to decide where and when cleaning service is delivered.

## Proof of Quality

Objective, inspection-based measurement of cleaning outcomes that closes the loop between service delivery and results.

## Occupancy Management

Measuring people counts, traffic, space utilization and building demand so facility decisions follow real usage.
